All chapters from the second edition have now been updated in the WEB Edition.
The published WEB Edition chapters contain the most recently available data and are available to download as PDF and Excel files.

Our funding arrangements run out at the end of 2016 and some key staff are retiring. No further updates are currently planned, although it is intended to keep all the material available here from some years.
